Can’t save NVDA configurations

Hello Group,
I hope you are well. I am trying to make some changes to NVDA’s settings, but NVDA goes to its defaults after restart. The save configuration on exit checkbox is checked. Thank you. Mohammed |

Are you using an installed or portable version of NVDA? And also which version? If portable, where is it located? It would need to be somewhere you have write access to. If you press NVDA+control+c to save settings (or choose "Save configuration" from the NVDA menu by pressing: NVDA+n, then S) - does it save the settings then? Quentin.
