Yes, I am having the same problem. Re-boot of Goldwave and system didn't help, just noticed it Wednesday morning. I went ahead and did the edit no matter what my speech was saying and the edit itself worked. I've just noticed this with the left bracket. I will also point out I was editing a rather big file. I have no idea how the left bracket performs with smaller files. Hope all this helps.

When I do load a seven hour long file and move to say, 00:05:07.30, NVDA says “05:07.30” when I drop the start marker.
