nvda program to read when there are numbers

Hello everyone I am writing with Google translate I am from Greece question how can I set the nvda program to read when there are numbers in this way as it is here 10000 does not help me to listen to them when it pronounces them as it is now and does it as it is here 1 . 0000

Marinos,

Welcome, and congratulations to you for using Google Translate!!

While I understand you want numbers announced somehow differently, it's not clear how.  The number 10000, in English, would be ten thousand.  There are generally not embedded spaces in numbers, and your message shows "1 . 0000" and I'm not quite certain what that's meant to represent.

While there are a number of language-specific NVDA user lists, I cannot see one for Greek-speaking individuals either on Groups.io or freelists.org.

Okay to make the question more detailed to help you in several places in texts web pages definitely if the numbers contain this symbol. or any other NVDA reads separately I do not want to read separately not to be pronounced between the numbers either. ! * @ # or is it another symbol

I think you are saying that it is pronouncing individual digits, instead of saying the number as a whole?
In other words:

It says: 1 0 0 0 0
But you want: ten thousand

That shouldn't be happening. What is the speech synthesizer that you are using?

Also, what are your NVDA language and Windows language set to?

In some places, I believe ten thousand is written numerically as:

10.000

While in others it is written:

10,000

Do either of those, the one with the period as thousands separator, or the one with the comma as thousands separator, speak correctly for you?

Hi

do you want it so if it is a big number it will say it number by number the whole number. What I mean instead of 1000 saying one thousand it would say 1 0 0 0

I do not know if this one is on the add on website but I can drop box it for you. the link to my drop box account is https://www.dropbox.com/s/d0pidybus05p45l/numberProcessing.nvda-addon?dl=1 <https://www.dropbox.com/s/d0pidybus05p45l/numberProcessing.nvda-addon?dl=1>

After it is installed you will need to go into the input gestures part of nvda there is a signed shortcut to turn it on and off and bring up the settings for it.

Hope it is what you are looking for.

Hi

to turn it on use the shift + nvda key + the letter L It will tell you if you turned it on or off like a toggle.

If the same keys while holding down the shift key + nvda key + hitting the letter L 2 times will bring up a settings box you can increase it from 2 to what ever it ends at.

If it is not what you are looking for it can be uninstalled from nvda under the add on manager section.

it is a bit better it reads the details in the numbers but it is a bit better if it is a number with more than 3 numbers if they are separated by a symbol it keeps doing it but it reads it a bit better than before
