codeFactory never implemented inflection slider on their eloquence product. I think you are confusing codeFactory eloquence with IBM-viavoice-tts, which is an abandoned unsupported completely separate product, even though it sounds almost exactly like eloquence, and which, in fact, does have an inflection slider along with other sliders to change many more voice parameters.

I don’t know why. When I tested the default, it had inflection. I never tried to change it but it inflected more or less the way JAWS does.
There is something wrong somewhere. Perhaps the developer would have suggestions.

I haven’t used the demo for a long time, but there is a way to see a lot of settings for SAPI 5 Eloquence. You can open a program window. I believe Eloquence is placed on the dessktop and pressing enter on the icon opens the window. You may well find a setting that changes what you want.
I still have the icon on my desktop even though the demo expired awhile ago. There is a field that says something like force pitch changes. Perhaps that will affect what you want.

Hello. I am trying the 7-day demo of the eloquence demo and I tried to run it, but I get “please register this product” with the 7-day demo, and now it won’t reinstall as it has trouble installing a dll that is I believe installed. I’m using nvda Nonvisual Desktop Access (NVDA) Version: 2020.4, and windows 10 21H1 (64-bit) build 19043.1083 I don’t recall this being discussed before with the AtGuys product.
