Hi to every one,

As of this morning the json data returned by the API is incomplete and generates an IndexError due to an empty list.
It happens with all cities.
I wrote to the developers of the API, we hope it's a problem they will solve soon, but for today it is, sorry.

Adriano, just to let you know that here, under version 8.2 of weather_plus, if I request information for Johannesburg, South Africa, it's returning data just fine?


In case relevant, this is currently running under NVDA 2021.2 beta 1, on a windows 10 64 bit machine, and, while am pretty sure wouldn't make a difference, for my actual work I do have python 3.8.5 installed separetly.

8.2? and what are you waiting for to update to 8.4?
Several glitches from 8.2 to 8.4 have been fixed.

Adriano, if I asked it to check for an upgrade right now, it tells me:

"Sorry, at the time an update is not available."


But, did just pull 8.4 off NVDA add-ons site, and installed it now.


And, yes, I have before kept auto-update check turned off, since had issues with the dialog on windows login screen a while ago, if have shared normal configuration across to login profiles, etc - that was quite a while ago.

Judging by the mail on this list, the issue has been solved almost everywhere--even in the good old USA where I reside.
