Does NVDA speak Arabic?

Yes, NVDA supports several Arabic speech engines including acapella and vocalizer. However those speech engines are not free.

Not being a speaker of Arabic, I have no idea how much dialectal differences may matter, but two of the Microsoft One Core voices, Egyptian Arabic and Saudi Arabian Arabic, that are free under Windows 10 do have text-to-speech capability. E-Speak supports Arabic, but I’m not sure to what extent. Wikipedia
says, “Currently, only fully diacritized Arabic is supported.”
Since I don’t know how Arabic is written, I don’t know what sort of
limitation that imposes.
A lot of people don’t like E-Speak but it is something you
may want to try.

I don’t speak Arabic, I’ve learned a handful of words from watching vids, but if I want to look at Arabic text, i.e. videos on Youtube or song titles, I prefer Persian. Espeak’s Arabic sounds awful and incomprehensible. Some of ESpeak’s languages aren’t too bad, but IMHO it’s Arabic is atrocious, and Hawaiian was a big distorted disappointment. Hi, All these voices are quite bad, Microsoft's voice does not support auto-switching. Moreover, for whatever reason you can't read letter by letter with Microsoft's voice. In general, 2 best options - probably the only 2 options - are Acapella's and Vocalizer's voices. good luck.
