If you search YouTube for "learning NVDA" you will find about 8 videos. These were produced by American Foundation for the Blind in association with NVDA. The audio seems pretty good and covers basic aspects of NVDA.
There are several other videos on YouTube about using NVDA.

And even though they're not from NVAccess, member Thee Quinn has produced a number of YouTube tutorials on using NVDA. They're well worth checking out.
