Yes I do feel that Firefox needs to work on the accessibility of this section, as its not intuitive at all and its so easy to accidentally input something you do not really want to.

I just found out that you don't have to use object navigation to see the
UBlock Origin button. Firefox is properly accessible so if you are on
the address bar and tab to save to pocket, you can right arrow through
buttons until you get to the UBlock Origin button, which you can
navigate with the space bar.

Still, many people may benefit by knowing at least a little about object
navigation.

No, I do not know the object navigation command in such a situation.  I tried tab and shift tab and it did not help.

 If tabbing or shift tabbing once or twice doesn't place you on the button, do you know how to use object navigation?  Be on the address bar and move by object to the left and right to see if you find the button.

Not in this case.  You must use tab from the address bar, or f6 sometimes works.  The same will be true in chrome as well.
