Apple support communities with NVDA
Bob Cavanaugh
Hi all,
I'm currently having what I'd consider to be a pretty major problem with iTunes, so last night I posted it on the Apple support community. I think the reason I haven't gotten an answer to my question though is because I posted my question in the wrong forum. The problem is that I can't seem to post in anything but the default communities. There is a small number of communities listed on the page where you post your question, but then there's a more topics button, which when expanded, opens a modal which I can navigate. However, each topic appears to have subtopics, but pressing enter on them will not expand those. Does anyone use this site and if so, how does this work with NVDA? I'd really like to get this iTunes problem sorted out soon. |

Hi Bob, Do you have any apple products? If you do, you might want to ask your iTunes question on the apple tec list. I will forward your question on another tec list. Mind you it’s low traffic. I may not get an answer right away. Are you on blindtec? If you are on other tec lists either then NVDA you can ask your iTunes question there.

Hi Bob, Do you have another screen reader besides NVDA? If you do use it and try asking your Itunes question on the apple site. If you have another back up screen reader in the meantime you can try fixing your iTunes problem using the backup screen reader if you have it. However, I did forward your iTunes question on this low traffic tec list.
