outlook about mentions with the @
Enes, et. al.,
Office 365 (or Word/Outlook/Any Office Program 365) is a sufficient initial designation. As is Office 2016, 2019, etc. If really "deep down" version numbering ends up being needed it can be asked for. What I'm trying to avoid is "latest Office," because, as the previous sentences indicate, there are many "latest Offices" depending on which of the major versions you happen to be using. Knowing which of those major versions, initially, is what's important. For Windows, full version and build number are requested, and for NVDA full version number. It's shorter to type NVDA 2022.4 than "latest NVDA." I presume this question is about "at sign references" such as @britechguy. I don't use these in e-mail, but do in web forums where they're supported. -- Brian - Virginia, USA - Windows 11 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 22H2, Build 22621; Office 2016, Version 16.0.15726.20188, 32-bit It is much easier to be critical than to be correct. ~ Benjamin Disraeli, 1804-1881 |

Hi Olcay, Based on requests from admins, I think you'd have to post your version of NVDA, your version of Windows and full build number for office. Mine says MSO (Version 2212 Build 16.0.15928.20196) On 1/23/2023 1:50 AM, Olcay AŞCI wrote:

Hi All,
I’m using Office 365 and this version is up to date. When I try to mention with @ the results are not detected by nvda. I am not using the advanced outlook support addon. I remember this as working fine in one of the previous NVDA versions. What is your opinion on this?
