Nvda 2023.1 and Instant Translate

Cyrille #105187 Hello No need to play with the manifest. There is already an official 4.5.1 version supporting NVDA 2023.1 and it should be available through add-on updater (source = community website or source = add-on store). The link on the community website was out-of-date, but I have just fixed it.
