Hello NVDA,

I recently received an email from a website and the sender enclosed a
set of instructions relevant to this website.
NVDA, latest version, only read the ensuing lines as 'blank.'

My hunch is this could have been sent as a screen shot rather than
copied/pasted text.
I did request a resend, and explained with courteous being my tone.

are there other ways something can be enclosed within an email besides
screen shot or copied/pasted text?
