Hi all. You can press NVDA+control+D and disable graphics. NVDA only read the description of graphics that have it with this checkbox disabled. Regards.

There almost certainly is some way in NVDA settings, but what you're looking to achieve may be easier via your web browser. Which one (or ones) are you using?
If it's any one of the Chromium-based browsers there is a great extension, Reader Mode, that "clears all the clutter" paring the page down to text with a single click (by default, anyway, you can customize).
