NVDA HELP WITH WORD SETTINGS

Good day Group
I need help to change the default setting to save Outlook attachments to the My Documents folder. Can someone please assist me with the steps.

Hello Christo,
In outlook, if you do not have the preview viewer on: go in to a message, move to the top of the text of the message, hit shift + tab until you reach the attachments, hit control + a to select all attachments, hit control + c to copy the attachments, then open a file explorer session, go to the directory you want to the message to go in, and hit control + v to paste the message in the directory you wish.
I am not sure if this works inside the preview viewer.

The message should have read:
In outlook, if you do not have the preview viewer on: go in to a message, move to the top of the text of the message, hit shift + tab until you reach the attachments, hit control + a to select all attachments, hit control + c to copy the attachments, then open a file explorer session, go to the directory where you want the attachment to go to, and hit control + v to paste the attachment there.
Note that you can simply put your cursor on one attachment and hit control + c to select only that one attachment.
I am not sure if this works inside the preview viewer.

Yes, but in Outlook, the procedure given would do the same thing.
You aren't changing anything in the method given. You are copying
and pasting as you would any file from anywhere to anywhere. From a
practical stand[point, one method is about as good as the other.
