Replacement for Dictation Bridge echo?

Is there any NVDA addon or app that will speak words as they are entered by dictation with Dragon Naturally Speaking 15.61?  Dictation Bridge does not work with NVDA 2021.  I like the NVDA feature which speaks typed words and would like the same for dictation.  Dragon Naturally Speaking has a feature to play back your voice and another feature that will read out text that is selected but no echo of dictated words.

No, there is no replacement for dictationBridge. However, there is an alternative solution that works differently but that may help you.
