SwitchSynth and NVDA 2023.1?

Hello all, I'm not finding a version of SwitchSyth that passes the compatibility check of NVDA 2023.1. I've check the NVDA add-on site: https://addons.nvda-project.org/addons/switchSynth.en.html Should I be looking somewhere else or is there some other extenuating circumstance that makes this work?
