There are sites where information is presented to look like a table visually but it isn't actually a table.  Screen-readers therefore won't work with it as though it is a table.

Was the structure identified as a table?  In other words, when you moved into it, did NVDA announce that you are in a table or are you saying you were in a table because the information was structured as though you were in a table when you moved around in the layout?

That's an example of the need to provide the page, if the public can view it, so others can try what is being discussed.  Now, I shall visit the site.

I just tried this using the current version of NVDA, 2022.4 and the current version of Firefox 108.0.2.

Moving works as you describe it should.

After you had the problem, did you try exiting NVDA, running it again, then opening the browser and working with the page again?  If that didn't solve the problem, did you try rebooting?  This may well be a problem solved in one of these two ways.

Hi Robert ,  I use the Audio ball web site all the time, I just tried it and I can get to it and navigate everything fine.

Could be something in computer causing this fault.?

Cheers Maria.

Maybe Chrome has done an update and its stopped working in that browser. I don't particularly like Chrome, but each to their own.

I thought that was very unlikely and I checked.  I tried the current version of Chrome and it works properly with the table on the page.
