Hi, If I open the NVDA digest with NVDA, it all sounds foreign, like maybe German. NVDA only does this in the digest for this list. Jaws does not do this. What would have caused this for my NVDA? Like

I am running the latest released version of NVDA on a Win10 2004 laptop. On a random basis I am running into the problem where all the hotkeys for Nvda stop working. Is anyone else seeing this problem
